Michel Boisvert, President & CEO
With over 22 years experience in the field, Michel is one of the founders of Transport Vilmik. He started his career as a driver, but his entrepreneurial spirit quickly took over. In less than five years, Michel took Transport Vilmik to a whole new level with “excellent customer service” and “profitability”, and by being an “excellent employer”. Known as a “solution finder” and for being fascinated by high tech and innovation, Michel is always on the lookout for new features that bring added value to his clients, and provide his employees with the tools they need to work more efficiently and in a more pleasant environment. Michel is actively involved in his community, especially in terms of sports-study programs. He is a fervent believer in supporting, monitoring, and contributing to the academic and athletic achievement and perseverance of Quebec’s future high performance athletes that pursue post-secondary education.
Isabelle Beauchemin, Executive assistant
Isabelle graduated from Institut Demers as a Programmer. She has 10 years of experience as a Programmer-Analyst, and she has spent several other years in administrative positions within various service businesses. During her career, she has developed expertise in IT analysis and development, and human capital and project management. She is known for her ability to manage multiple files, her analytical mind, and her professionalism in serving clients. She is extremely attentive to both internal and external clients. Isabelle joined Transport Vilmik in 2015; she is dedicated, reliable and responsible in her assignments. She is much appreciated by Management and by employees and colleagues alike.
Thérèse Hébert, CPA, CMA, Financial Comptroller
Thérèse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bishop’s University. She has been a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants since 1986. She has several years of experience in accounting and in financial and operational management. She gained her experience mainly in manufacturing and service companies, as well as in accounting firms. She is known for her planning and organizational skills. Thérèse developed a solid expertise in restructuring accounting systems, cost, and internal controls to enhance the quality of information and to help achieve organizational objectives. She joined Transport Vilmik in the spring of 2015. Thérèse is a professional who is always excited about her work and eager to face challenges. As an accomplished trainer and leader, she provides a new perspective for the company.
Elisabeth Aussant, CRIA, Human ressources & compliance Manager
Elisabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and has been a member of the Order of Approved Human Resources Advisors since 2005. Her training combines human resources management, communication and management, as well as her interpersonal skills. to implement and to our mission to be realized. His experience piloting a variety of change-oriented initiatives has led to solutions to a variety of complex human resource issues, such as workforce planning, recruitment and retention, labor relations, training , compensation, succession planning, organizational analysis and team building. It seeks to create a calm and harmonious working environment while possessing a strong analytical spirit combined with relational leadership and expertise. In short, its structured approach allows it to support both people and the organization to increase Vilmik’s organizational performance and growth.
